The signed debit order mandate is a formal agreement between you (or your sponsor) and HyperionDev, allowing us to collect payments directly from your bank account. This mandate ensures a smooth payment process, but it also comes with certain obligations and options should you need to make changes. Here’s what you need to know:

 

1. Your Debit Order Mandate: Obligations and Commitments

  • Account Responsibility: By signing the debit order mandate, you agree to ensure that funds are available in your account on the agreed-upon date for each scheduled payment. This commitment is necessary to avoid disruptions to your enrolment and support services.

2. Alternative Payment Arrangements

  • Changing Payment Methods: If you wish to make alternative payment arrangements instead of using the debit order, or if you need to cancel your debit order due to financial challenges or personal preference, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Suspending a Debit Order with Your Bank

  • Temporary Suspension: You may choose to temporarily suspend your DebiCheck debit order directly with your bank. However, please note:
    • Suspension vs. Cancellation: Suspending the debit order with your bank only prevents future debits but does not cancel your payment contract with HyperionDev.
    • Direct Communication with HyperionDev: To officially cancel the debit order or discuss any payment concerns, you must notify HyperionDev directly. Suspending without contacting us could lead to unresolved obligations or service interruptions.

4. How to Officially Cancel the Debit Order Mandate

  • Cancellation Process: If you decide to cancel your debit order mandate altogether, reach out to us by email. Our team will assist you in finalizing this process while also discussing any potential impacts on your account.
