HyperionDev has a structured refund policy for students who wish to withdraw from their bootcamp program. This policy covers all Online, Immersive, and Onsite Bootcamps and is subject to the terms outlined here.
Definitions
- Online Bootcamp Cancellation: Cancellations for students enrolled in our Online Bootcamps.
- Immersive Bootcamp Cancellation: Cancellations for students enrolled in our Immersive Bootcamps.
- Onsite Bootcamp Cancellation: Cancellations for students enrolled in our Onsite campus Bootcamps.
- Cancellation Fee: A mandatory, non-refundable fee of 15% of the tuition fee for the pre-paid period, detailed further in the Refund Table below.
- Maximum Qualifying Refund Amount: The percentage of the tuition fee eligible for a refund after deducting the cancellation fee and based on the terms in this policy.
Refund and Cancellation Process
Refund requests are processed within sixty (60) working days from the date HyperionDev receives the student’s formal notice of withdrawal or cancellation.

Pre-Bootcamp Cancellation: If you cancel before your bootcamp begins, you’ll receive a refund of all payments made, less a 15% cancellation fee.

Post-Bootcamp Start Date:
- Once the bootcamp has begun, refunds are issued based on the "week-by-week" policy in the Refund Table (details below).
- Refunds for Online, Onsite, and Immersive Bootcamps are calculated based on the tuition fee paid, minus a 15% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy for Promotional Purchases
Bootcamps purchased during promotional periods (including discounts or special offers) are non-refundable. By enrolling in a bootcamp under promotion, you agree to this no-refund condition.
Additional Refund Rules
- Conciliation and Mediation: HyperionDev may attempt to resolve refund requests through conciliation before finalizing the refund process.
- Progression Requirements: If a student's progression falls below 50% of the expected rate shown on their dashboard, the qualifying refund amount will be reduced by 50%.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are calculated from the last date of attendance, or the official date of withdrawal, in line with the Maximum Qualifying Refund in the Refund Table.

To request a refund:
- Begin the process by selecting Finance: I would like to submit a query for finance/student collection.
- Fill out the form as instructed, providing relevant details for the refund request.
