- Certain promotional offers, funded programmes, or sponsorship agreements may have additional terms attached.
- Monthly payment plans remain binding for the agreed contract duration, even in cases of early cancellation, subject to the applicable regional refund policy.
- Refund requests and cancellations are reviewed formally in line with HyperionDev’s Complaints and Cancellation processes.
- HyperionDev reserves the right to amend refund percentages or policy terms in accordance with its published Terms & Conditions.
