- Check your credentials: Double-check that you are using the email address you registered with.
- Use the temporary password: If this is your first time logging in, use the default password: HypPass1234. You will be prompted to set a secure password immediately after.
- Browser issues: Try clearing your browser cache or using an Incognito/Private window.
