How to reset your password

If you have forgotten your password or the temporary password is not working:

  1. Navigate to the Login Page.
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login box.

  1. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password reset link.
  2. Follow the prompts to create a new, secure password.
