- 1 Week of Inactivity: Your mentor will reach out to check on your progress.
- 2+ Weeks of Inactivity: You will be referred to the Student Success team for intervention.
Disenrollment: Continued non-engagement or failure to adhere to the Student Undertaking Agreement can lead to disenrollment. Disenrollment due to lack of engagement does not qualify for a refund.
