Follow these steps to schedule a call with a mentor:
- Log in to Your Dashboard
- Refer to the article [How to Log in to Your Dashboard] if needed.
- Navigate to the Mentor Section
- On the left-hand side of your dashboard, below your name, student number, and bootcamp details, locate the "Mentor" section.
- This section displays the number of calls allotted to you each month.
- Click "Book a Call with a Mentor"
- Select this hyperlinked button to proceed.
- Choose the Meeting Type
- 1:1 Mentor Call: For task-related assistance.
- HyperionDev Installation Assistance Call: For help setting up tools like VS Code and other software.
Select the option that matches your needs to ensure you’re paired with the right mentor.
- Select a Date & Time
- Browse available slots and pick one that suits your schedule.
- Click "Continue" to confirm or "Close" to explore other options if you aren't happy with the date you selected.
- Provide Required Details

Fill in your:
- Full name
- Bootcamp email address
- Student number
- Operating system (OS)
- Any other requested information.
- Click "Done" to submit.
- Confirmation
- Once you have completed filling in the requested information and submitted the booking request.
- A pop-up will display your booking details.
- You’ll also receive a confirmation email with the same information.
