To cancel or reschedule an existing booking:
- Locate Your Booking Confirmation Email
- Open the email sent to you after your initial booking.
- Click "Cancel/Reschedule"
- This option appears below the scheduled call time.Below the time of the call, you can find a “cancel/reschedule” option.
- Provide a Reason (If Prompted)
- Briefly explain why you’re canceling or rescheduling.
- Submit Your Request
- To cancel: Confirm cancellation.
- To reschedule: Select a new date/time and confirm.
