Once you have completed the FISA, your assessment will go through a review and moderation process.
This means your assessment is checked to ensure that the outcome is accurate, fair, and aligned with the required standards.
After the review and moderation steps have been completed, your results are submitted for QCTO recognition.
You will be notified once your results have been finalised.
Why Results Are Not Released Immediately ⏳
QCTO results are not released immediately after the FISA because they must go through a structured process.
This includes:
- Assessment review
- Moderation
- Submission for QCTO recognition
- Finalisation of results
These steps help ensure that all results are accurate, consistent, and meet the required national standards.
As this involves external processing, timelines may vary. You will be notified as soon as your results have been finalised.
Your Statement of Results (SoR) 🎓
A Statement of Results, also called an SoR, is an official outcome linked to the QCTO-accredited component of your programme.
It reflects the result of your final assessment and confirms whether you have been deemed competent against the required standards.
The SoR relates specifically to Level 4 and the FISA. It is separate from your bootcamp certificate and may be issued at a different time.
